I knew from the moment that we met Amanda that she was going to work out beautifully as our wedding photographer.  She was professional, concise, organized, very open to suggestions, punctual, communicative and very upbeat, outgoing and positive. She has always been quick to respond to emails and very pleasant in every interaction.

For the day of the wedding, she came dressed professionally and very quickly organized pictures at the house with our wedding party, being careful to allow for whatever pictures we wanted to have taken. Although very efficient and aware of a timeframe, Amanda was never pushy, and never pressured us at any time. We had a great time with her at the wedding and all of our guests were impressed with her bubbly and friendly personality.

After eagerly viewing the pictures, all of our expectations were fulfilled. Amanda did a spectacular job at capturing special moments when we didn’t even know she was taking pictures. The posed shots were also phenomenal – some more serious and formal, while others captured laughter and lots of natural and spontaneous smiles. We are so thrilled with Amanda’s work – we would recommend her as a photographer to anyone. She did an exceptional job and we are very pleased.

Amanda did such an excellent job with our photos! She showed up early enough to get pictures of Julie getting ready and stayed through the end of the reception. She took over 500 pictures! Every time someone asked us to pose with them for a picture with their personal camera, Amanda was right there with her camera as well. She seemed to be everywhere at all times! She dressed and handled herself professionally. Our pictures were waiting for us when we returned from our honeymoon, but had been posted online even before that. The pictures are all beautiful and we cannot wait to pick the ones for our album. We had such a fun time on our wedding day and Amanda’s pictures captured all of it! Thanks Amanda!!

Amanda Taylor was a great choice on my part to be my wedding photographer. She is very nice and very easy to work with. Whether I wanted her to just be in the background of the action taking pictures or taking control and telling people were to go and what to do to get the best shots she did both fantastically.

She was also the photographer at my sister’s wedding. That is how I met her and she was really good at staying calm, helping out when needed even if it was for something other than about pictures, and the pictures she did take were really nice. I knew that I needed someone like that for my wedding.

The pictures she took for me are beautiful. She did a good job mixing color, black & white, and more artistic pictures. She has also shown to be adaptable for all different situations. My sister’s wedding was more casual and outdoorsy and she captured that very well. My wedding was much more formal, dark, more atmospheric, and she captured the mood of that wonderfully. The angles of the pictures, the use of light and distance really kept the feeling of the day alive in the pictures.

She came in early to get shots of the place and the cake before all the action started and things got moved around and used. She was even there before I was so there was no problem with her being timely.

She really tried to be everywhere, to get everything that was going on, and to get the best and interesting angles for the pictures. The bride and groom can’t be everywhere at once so it is nice to later look at the pictures and see what you might have missed. I know that these pictures will be something I value for the rest of my life and can share with family, friends, and my future children when they are grown up.

After meeting Amanda at my nieces wedding on July 7, 2007 at my nieces' wedding I knew I wanted to have her as the photographer at my wedding. As luck would have it, Amanda was available on my date too. We met well in advance of the wedding date to go over all the details of when and where, prices etc.  Amanda made the process very easy and stress free.  Amanda always answered our questions quickly leading up to the big day. We were married on September 29, 2007 and were able to see our pictures on October 8th. That is FAST. We had discussed all the preferred pictures before the wedding so the picture taking was not obtrusive as it can be with many weddings.

Most of the evening we didn't even know she was there! Amanda is sweet, soft spoken and very professional. She smiles & laughs while she works making everyone else relax. I didn't worry at all during the wedding about the pictures because I had confidence in Amanda's capabilities. We have been telling everyone we know how pleased we are with Amanda's photographs of our wedding.

It was a huge task trying to find a photographer for our wedding August 2007 but I had a look at Amanda's website (along with several others), met her in person, looked at her portfolio and besides seeming trustworthy, she also did very good work so I felt OK giving it a go. I also found her prices to be reasonable for the quality and that you could email or phone at anytime with questions and you would receive a timely response which put me at ease. Amanda was on time for our wedding (offering to come as early as we needed), friendly, easy-going and fit in very easily. The photos were beautiful and I was impressed with her attention to details. She delivered what I asked for and even more. I would highly recommend her to anyone, including family and friends!

I absolutely LOVE the photos.  They are perfect.  You have a great eye, and when my mom was looking at the ones of us by the trees, she had no idea where those trees were, it was super funny when I told her they were the ones by the headmasters house, she couldn't believe it.

I also totally love the ones with the little girls, they were the true stars of the wedding!

I just received my pictures from the wedding, after only having to wait 3 weeks and they are absolutely beautiful! Amanda really captured all the great moments of my wedding and was incredibly affordable! She also did some great artistic adjustment to some of the pictures making them more beautiful. She was super nice and quick to get back to me when ever I had a question. The pictures were perfect and I barely knew she was taking them; it is great not to have a photographer in your face the whole day. I would highly recommend her for any of my friends and families weddings. Thank you Amanda for all the moments you caught that I will never forget!
